Jane Brown is a retired RAF senior executive and Chief Executive and Registered Manager of Cartref Ni Ltd a social care company located in North Wales. She has undertaken extensive leadership and management training and has more than 30 years' practical experience. She has worked with a variety of companies and individuals from various sectors including hospitality, retail, passenger transport, travel, and fitness and loves helping business owners and senior staff to find solutions to problems that simply require a fresh pair of eyes or a different perspective.
Jane's career required her to move every couple of years to a new environment, a new team and a new specialisation. In order to succeed she needed to solve current problems, build productive working relationships, embrace change and lead the team towards a shared vision. The environments were diverse and dynamic, from event and project management to talent management, recruiting, training and infrastructure development in the UK, Germany and Italy and with teams of 2 to 200. In the social care setting, Jane utilised her leadership skills to build a capable team and a care company that was considered to be one of the best in its field in North Wales.
